Salary £85000
Immediate start
London - Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office.
My client is a dynamic and forward thinking global Management Consultancy Firm with a welcoming, collaborative culture. They are looking for a Global HRBP with natural gravitas to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HRBP to really make an impact. Working in a matrixed environment, this role has a huge amount of autonomy with minimum supervision and the focus is to provide broad HR advisory and operational support covering areas such as performance management, people management, coaching and ad hoc projects.
The ideal person will have around 5+ years' experience as an HRBP in a global company within Professional Services. Demonstrable experience partnering senior Stakeholders and the ability to influence and build relationships quickly. The ability to prioritise multiple priorities, make decisions at pace and be happy to roll up sleeves and get involved in day to day BAU.
