This Permanent Talent and HR Analyst requires a detailed and dynamic Data analyst who is able to adapt their PowerBI experience to build data models and dashboards to drive the company to utilise their human resources and personnel in better ways.

Client Details

This Permanent Talent and HR Analyst role is looking for an experienced data analyst with a strong ground in PowerBI, Dax Coding and excel to help drive this Milton Keynes employer to drive strategy and company wide improvements in how they conduct their HR and recruitment processes.

Description

Talent and HR Analyst duties and responsibilities;

  • Building data models and dashboards in PowerBI. Creating data visualisations and connecting to different data sources.
  • Create powerful and interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Work on various projects that use DAX for data modelling and manipulation
  • Utilise excel, developing macros and formulas to produce insightful dashboards and analysis.
  • Develop macros and formulas to automate repetitive tasks and create dynamic dashboards

Profile

Talent and HR Analyst experience and characteristics required;

  • Experience in building data models and dashboards in PowerBI
  • Experience in dax coding
  • Extensive experience in utilising excel, developing macros and formulas to produce insightful dashboards and analysis.
  • Confident presenting back insightful reports and analysis to senior stakeholders
  • A good communicator
  • An interest in the Talent and HR data you'll be manipulating
