Your new company

A global leader within their field and a constant market presence. This organisation is renowned for helping their clients mobilise and realise their business goals in a socially, environmentally conscious manner. Due to an interim period of leave, a progressive HR Partner is required for 12 months.

Your new role

As part of a modern, progressive HR function, you will provide a first-class HR Service to a broad, varied client group. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will support your business groups with sound HR guidance and access to resources that improve the standard of the people delivery, development, and engagement.
As a champion of the ED&I strategy, you will engage with the wider team to develop, refine, and implement positive change through multiple channels, relaying and reaffirming the continuous development of what it means to lead the way on being an inclusive workplace.

On a day-to-day basis, you will focus on driving performance and capability through your people managers by offering effective review, support, and development planning for your business units. Where required, you will also manage ongoing employee relations tasks to ensure that achievable, desirable outcomes are realised in realistic time periods. You will operate with a mindset that mirrors the cultural commitments of the broader organisation.

By offering effective HR guidance and leadership, you will build strong effective relationships internally and externally to ensure a consistently evolving, market leading service. You will liaise with all levels of seniority within the business, as well as within other group entities and external third parties.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience delivering a user focussed generalist HR offering in a fast paced, complex business environment. You will be a challenger of norms and a confident contributor to the development of good HR practice. You will be an HR Partner that is looking for an opportunity to grow your own competencies alongside your in-role delivery. A passion for ED&I and ESG will put you on the path to succeeding in this role.

What you'll get in return

The opportunity to develop in an experienced, diverse, and conscious work environment. An annual salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits in a 12 month contract role. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, with adaptable start / end times.
