Oakleaf is working with a leading Financial service business that are looking to for an experienced HR Services manager to join their team. They want you to manage and innovate the delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle, ensuing high quality, personalised support and guidance is given to both the HR team and wider business.

HR Services Manager Job is a permanent role paying between £65-68,000

HR Services Manager Job responsibilities will include:

  • To deliver a unified best in class HR services function which provides effective first-line support on all employee operational matters to both the HR department and wider business.
  • To identify, implement and manage HR systems and processes using a data driven approach which promotes accuracy, efficiency and a right first-time mentality.
  • Coach, motivate and develop the HR services teams to provide personalised, knowledge driven support with attention to detail.
  • Manage the HRIS records strategy, conducting self-audits as necessary, to ensure the retention and processing of all employee data allows the facilitation of payroll and is GDPR, Home Office, HMRC, FCA and Company compliant.
  • Manage various HR 3rd party relationships and their associated contracts in line with the HR support strategy.
  • Provide appropriate training and communication across the organisation to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and understanding of the HR systems and support available.
  • Co-ordinate and lead various ad hoc HR projects, including those associated with business acquisitions, to ensure effective and timely delivery against plan.

To be successful in this HR Services Manager Job, you should:

  • In depth knowledge of HR operational delivery, including the setting and monitoring of service delivery targets and providing user focused HR solutions through technology.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing and developing teams and people.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing sector specific requirements and legislation as well as that required of HR professionals.
  • Experience in the full employee lifecycle of selecting, implementing and managing HR systems and data.
  • Ability to retain a position of strength in challenging situations.
  • Analytical by nature and able to demonstrate thoughtfulness around process improvement and change with a commercial approach.
  • Able to build strong and effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to improve service, create value and provide high performance.
  • CIPD Post Graduate qualification required with experience of HR business partnering
