Frazer Jones are working with one of the most innovative and forward-thinking law firms to find them an ambitious and collaborative Data & Reward Analyst to join their growing HR team in a newly created role.

The firm offer hybrid working in a highly collegiate environment, excellent benefits and the opportunity to grow and develop. The role will see you perform a blended role mixing together HR Analytics and reporting, with that of compensation & benefits analysis.


You'll be responsible for monitoring and providing analysis on all areas of reward including benefits but with a focus on compensation issues, including market trends, compensation structures, compensation assessments in all business areas, benchmarking, and talent acquisition. Duties will include;

  • Obtaining and analysing data and reporting on areas such as; headcount (attrition and recruitment), compensation, and recognition
  • HRIS administration and managing data
  • Salary benchmarking job-coding analysis
  • Supporting the actualisation of the firm's reward and HRIS strategy, including design and the implementation of new reward programs and policies
  • Supporting the HR team with annual performance, compensation, benefits, and recruitment reviews
  • Working with the talent acquisition team to support the delivery of the firm's and talent management initiatives
  • Supporting the team in the creation of annual compensation & benefits reports, reviewing and analysing the data
  • Providing support on other ad-hoc HR projects as required by the wider Reward and HRIS team


This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst or HR Analytics specialist with some experience within reward benchmarking and analysis, looking to broaden their experience and knowledge at one of the most prestigious mid-sized law firms in the UK.

Ideal candidates will have gained experience within professional services, ideally within another law firm, be highly analytically minded, have advanced Excel skills and be completely familiar with using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
