We are working in partnership with an excellent organisation in West London who are recruiting for a Talent / Recruitment Manager/Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. What is the role:

This is a fast-paced role where you will need to straddle both the strategic and operation aspects of Recruitment. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with stake holders and work with clinic managers to work on recruitment projects. This role will include managing the complete recruitment process (end-to-end) for a high number of roles, whilst ensuring all candidates involved have the best candidate experience. Also, the successful candidate will be required to ensure that the careers site stays relevant in the market, look at data and be able to come up with fresh ideas.

The role will involve daily use of excel spreadhseets, therefore previous experience working with excel for in-house recruitment is required.

Candidate profile/experience:

• Experience in coaching, guiding, and developing recruitment for a business.
• Experience with recruitment projects.
• Experience working in a high-volume recruitment role - essential.
• The ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to promote ED&I and be a brand ambassador.
