A global Insurance business, based in the city of London, are looking for an HR Business Partner to join on a 12 month basis.

You will be working in a supportive environment and will be empowered to make a difference. You will be covering key stakeholders within the business across the UK and internationally. Joining a dynamic team this HR Business Partner will act as a sound board and trusted advisor, acting on opportunities to coach, influence, guide and develop people managers across multiple locations!

  • Advise managers and employees on policies, and other related items including performance, compensation, career goals, employee engagement, recognition, attrition and retention, training, etc.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to manage end to end recruitment
  • Coach people managers on any people related issues and proactively address any escalated people issues
  • Develop effective team relationships with local HR and HR centers of excellence
  • Plan and roll-out employee focused programs and initiatives
  • Support organisational effectiveness and HR change management
You will have:

  • Experience of HR Business Partnering with demonstrable expertise in practices and processes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Sound understanding of HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation, global mobility, employee relations etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of UK employment law
  • Have self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility
  • Ability to lead and influence
  • Resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
