This is an exciting and fast paced business, offering you an opportunity to work within a generalist remit,
 
The role:
* High volume and complex ER - someone who can manage and reduce these, developing strong relationships with management
* Coaching, advising and guiding management
* Recruitment & talent planning
* L&D - Management development and inductions
* Support and mentor junior members of the HR team
 
What our client is seeking:
A strong and resilient HR Manager, who can adapt to their fast moving business. We seek a self starter, who can manage strong senior relationships, a strong communicator who can influence and manage a varied and hands on role across 2 sites!
To be considered you will have previous experience within a  blue collar environment and  understand the challenges in this industry.
