HR Business Partner 12ftc - must be available no more than 2 weeks notice.

Working for a leading global Sports organisation
Your new role
You will be working in a wider HR & Organisations Effectiveness team you will partner with the Technology stakeholders supporting the organisational transformation. You will provide strategic business partner to your client group, provide talent management including succession planning, with a focus on retention and engagement. You will also work with managers to identify performance issues and develop & implement enhancement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be operating at senior level and have Change Management, ER experience, Stakeholder business partnering and have worked with Technology Stakeholders
CIPD qualified or equivalent
