Junior HR Systems Analyst (Workday)

Frazer jones are partnering with an international financial services firm who are looking to recruit a HR Systems Analyst to join on a permanent basis. You will be part of HR systems team where you will be responsible for all HR systems used by the group and provide global support to HR teams by overseeing workday modules and assisting in improving existing features and providing overall systems support.

Key Accountabilities

• Support for the bi-annual workday upgrades
• Collaborate with the HR Business Analyst team to gather requirements for workday changes.
• Support the HR systems team to implement new workday features.
• Fulfill data requests for Workday and other HR data Sources.
• Implement new workday functionalities.

To be considered for the role, you must be passionate about pursuing your career in systems. You should be effective in dealing with data and identifying trends through analytics. Ideal candidates will be graduates (ideally STEM) with strong experience in using excel. An eye for detail, clear communication skills, and strong relationship-building skills is required to manage stakeholders across the business.
