Early Career Assistant

  • Permanent up to £25,000 + 4% pension
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank, private medical insurance, life assurance, enhanced mat/pat leave
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Liverpool)

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global law firm with circa 800 colleagues in the UK. This role is situated in their Liverpool office and will support the recruitment and development of apprentices and trainee solicitors.

What is the role?

You'll work in a team dedicated to attracting early talent through hosting career events at schools and university campuses, co-ordinate open days in London and improve the employers brand on social networks. You'll screen applications and coordinate assessment centres, onboarding successful candidates and being there for any queries. All administrative tasks relating to recruitment, onboarding, and trainee development will also fall under this role's responsibilities.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and attention to detail, and an enthusiastic point of contact for grads and apprentices. We will consider graduates for this role as long as you can demonstrate an interest in recruitment and people's career opportunities.
