Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business to secure a new Reward Manager on a fixed term contract. This role is offering remote working. You'll be joining a private equity backed global business with operations across the US, EMEA and APAC. Joining a reward team of 4, reporting to the Head of Reward, this role is offering the opportunity to join this business in an exciting period of growth where they are shaping and developing the business and its reward programmes. Due to this there may the opportunity for this role to turn permanent.

Working as the Reward Manager, you'll be responsible for steering both the compensation and benefits practices for their EMEA region. You will ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day reward operations, year-end activities and other calendar activities, as well as deliver on a number of strategic projects in both the compensation and benefits field. Duties will include:

  • Act as the SME for everything reward related for your europe
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across countries
  • Compensation market analysis, identifying trends and opportunity areas for their reward offerings
  • Compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises
  • Consolidate pension schemes
  • Ensure all policies and procedures comply with the latest legislation
  • Change management and M&A activity
  • Vendor management and renewals
  • Implementing new benefits where relevant
  • Ensure effective reward related communications and processes are in place for optimum employee experience
  • Resolve escalated reward queries
  • Deliver on strategic reward projects e.g. job architecture, benefits vendor review, global benefits harmonisation, pay ranges project

To be considered for this role you must come with at least 5 years experience in European compensation and benefits activities. This is initially a 6 month FTC so you should be available on short notice and be open to contract work. You should be able to give examples of where you have delivered on pay review, benchmarking and various reward projects. Ideally, you will have done work on pay ranges or job architecture and have exposure to pensions work. You should be able to demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be a proactive problem solver with the initiative to perform well in a growing and start-up mentality environment to really help drive the strategic direction of the business and reward function. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a number of exciting international projects. You'll also be learning from a talented Head of Reward and be compensated with a salary of £60-70k. This business operates a remote working set up so you will have lots of flexibility from this perspective, but to apply you must still be based in the UK.
