HR Assistant | Permanent | Up to 27k
Your new company
Large retailer in South Manchester are seeking to recruit a HR Assistant on a permanent basis. You will be joining a supportive, motivating and friendly team who will help enhance your career and skillset. Excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator.
Your new role
As a HR Assistant you will support the implementation of excellent HR practices to your dedicated sites. The successfully candidate will have experience working in a dedicated HR department and be qualified (or working towards) their level 3 CIPD Qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a customer service focused and fast paced working environment.
Duties will include:
- Providing employee relations advice to line managers
- Support and guidance to employees using company people polices
- Recruitment and induction support
- Employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, contractual changes)
- Updating all employee data on HR Systems
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a HR department
- CIPD Level 3 Qualified or working towards
- Highly personable
- Proactive
