ER Advisor Perm Job, with mostly remote working. Paying £30,621 per annum.

Your new role
The overarching duty of this role is to ensure all people managers are equipped with the knowledge and skills to manage employee relations in their teams and maintain a positive working environment in which their staff can flourish. You'll achieve this by developing strong working relationships with managers and engaging in casework. You'll support and influence managers to pre-empt issues as well as respond to them, all in line with our values and ethos. Your work will be undertaken with direction and guidance from the Head of OD & Engagement.


What you'll need to succeed

• Must have significant experience managing a breadth of ER casework
• Good employment law knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must CIPD Level 5 qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge
• Must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle
