HR Coordinator (6-month FTC)

  • Contract up to £30,000

  • Office-based (M3 postcode) - will need own transport for site visits

Oakleaf Partnership are representing an award-winning northern hospitality powerhouse to source an HR Coordinator for a 6-month FTC to support with extra work. This Manchester-based company has a long history in the city and is a recognised brand, with a great culture and family feel.

What is the role?

As an HR Coordinator, you will support the HR Director with administrative tasks such as arranging interviews for candidates, creating contracts for new starters, creating reports for starters and leavers, and drafting letters to employees. This role will also answer first-line operational HR queries and assist with low-level ER casework, advise on policies and procedures, assist with recruitment and onboarding, as well as organising grievance/disciplinary meetings.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and attention to detail, having worked in a similar HR role previously. Candidates with a CIPD level 3 are desirable.
