We have a current opportunity for a Tech TA Partner for a leader in banking and financial services on a permanent basis.

The position will be based in London and will be hybrid working (3:2)

As a TA Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and strategy for a portfolio of professional and SME positions within the financial services industry. Your role will involve job advertising, CV sourcing, behavioural-based interviewing, compensation benchmarking, offer negotiations, and closing.

You will work closely with hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process. You will actively source and recruit for SME vacancies through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, candidates, and wider HR teams.

As part of your role, you will manage candidate feedback, ensure a positive candidate experience, and appropriately explain The firm's values and benefits, including recruitment-related policies and programs. You will actively track all recruitment activity and recruiting KPIs, gather and analyse competitive industry information regarding compensation, talent availability, market trends, and feedback on The firm's employment brand. You will also update relevant stakeholders on changes to legislation and company policies and procedures related to recruitment and employment eligibility. You will lead critical and prioritized recruitment projects and seek new and innovative ways of continuous process improvement and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have diversified 360 recruitment experience, both in-house and/or with a recruitment agency, ideally within the financial services and/or technology industry. You should have excellent direct sourcing capabilities and exposure to recruiting vacancies within the IT/technology space.

Additionally, you should have experience in crafting inclusive job adverts, interview questions, and other hiring material that contain non-biased language. You should have excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing tactics, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be adaptable, flexible, and able to resolve recruitment issues or challenges professionally and timely. Finally, you should have a passion for exceeding expectations, excellent communication skills, and a strong working knowledge of using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and experience working with an ATS would be advantageous.
