The HR Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR policies, programs and procedures. Managing the recruitment process, on boarding new employees, leading inductions and providing HR advice to managers and employees.

My client specialises in veterinary equipment and supplies them to vet clinics all around the UK.

Description

The Part-time HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Learning and development
  • Implementation of HR policies programs and procedures
  • End-to-end recruitment process and on boarding of new employees
  • Providing HR advice to managers and employees

Profile

A passionate HR professional who is ready to hit the ground running and be part of a great company and lead on all HR duties. The part-time HR Manager requirements are:

* CIPD level 5 or in the process of completing
* Strong HR generalist experience
* Excellent experience with dealing with all ER queries
* End-to-end recruitment experience
