Payroll & Benefits officer

* Permanent/Part-time (3 days/22.5 Hours)
* Up to £49,000 FTE + Pension

Oakleaf is partnering exclusively with a UK Financial services firm based in Central London, which is recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits officer role to enter and support the UK payroll function. The role will be looking to support the payroll team with BAU processing for the monthly UK payroll.

About the role

You will be assisting the line Manager in working with a bureau to complete the Payrolls as accurately and efficiently as possible. Tracking and monitoring Payroll legislation changes. Preparing the payroll payments monthly. Carry out the Payroll and Benefits administration with regard to the day-to-day operations. Dealing with stakeholder queries around the payroll and its processes.

Candidate profile/Experience

The successful candidate will have experience in processing UK payroll. You have prior experience working with 3rd party and bureau mechanisms. Ability to communicate with Stakeholders in the Payroll Processes. Keen to develop and progress within the role and the business. Experince dealing with Data,reporting and Analytics is highly desirable.
