Payroll Associate

Operating in 17 locations across UK, they share ambitious mindset and expertise with clients in well over 150 countries!

As a Payroll Associate, you will bring in previous experience in payroll administration and ensure payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Being an effective team member, you will assist in all aspects of payroll from joiner to leavers, including calculation of benefits and statutory payments. Your good understanding of payroll software and its functionality will be essential to run regular reports and monthly payroll for employee population. Working in agile environment, you will be provided with the freedom of working from home with 1 - 2 days requirement of working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of current PAYE and NIC legislation
• Calculate leavers pay and process P45 forms
• Ensure all starters, leavers, benefits and allowances information is entered on to the Payroll database
• Run payroll reports and upload FPS and EPS to HMRC as required
• Completion of return of expenses and benefits form
• Good understanding of payroll systems
• Deal with payroll queries and HMRC
