• Hybrid, 3 days in the office

I am partnering with a prestigious, international Financial Services firm on their search for an interim HR Associate to join there current team of 3.

The role

You will support the HR Manager with the full employee lifecycle, including documentation, contracts, terms and conditions and payroll and benefits. You will lead on the delivery of the international payroll and benefits programmes including Europe and Asia, partnering and building relationships with vendors, working with finance and being a first point of contact for employee queries. You will also be responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees, creating and scheduling orientations and training sessions working with managers. You will take ownership of the HR system and Recruitment system, maintaining and updating the database.

Profile

You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Administrator or Coordinator level role within Financial Services would be a great benefit. You will have experience with the full employee lifecycle including payroll and benefits administration.

As this role is to start immediately, you will need to be available imminently.
