HR Officer

Your new role
In this newly-created position, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day function of the HR processes, providing general HR advice and guidance, including advice to staff and line managers, and working alongside an external HR consultancy to ensure the provision of a quality and efficient HR service. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all key generalist areas of HR, as well as being able to work on real add-value projects, focussing on organisational development and employee engagement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior HR experience from a similar generalist position, with a good working knowledge of HR policy, procedure and best-practice, ideally backed-up with a CIPD qualification. You will be professional, approachable and have strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
