Senior Pensions Administrator

  • Permanent
  • Base salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • 10% Target Bonus
  • Location: West London
  • Hybrid working - 2 day per week in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pensions Administrator looking for the next step up in their career. You will be joining a highly recognised organisation and work closely with and support the Pensions Manager in DB & DC scheme administration, governance, data, policy, and communications. Plus supporting with project work and trustee meetings.

The Senior Pensions Administrator responsibilities will include:

  • Support on DB & DC pension schemes, working closely with the team to collate data, develop & distribute communications around pensions
  • Organise quarterly and ad hoc Trustee meetings, take minutes, maintain and update action logs
  • Prepare meeting packs and presentations
  • Maintain governance materials including drafting policy documentations
  • Work with third party vendors
  • Produce all scheme financial reporting as required
  • Support the Pensions Manager and Reward team in the delivery of ad hoc projects

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A passion for working in the pensions space
  • In-house pensions administration experience in a similar role essential
  • Excellent knowledge of DB and DC pensions schemes
  • Experience working with trustees would be an advantage
  • Exceptional administrative skills and organisation
  • Highly IT literate in programs including Microsoft applications and communications technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
