A well known global insurance brokerage are looking for an experienced Global Technology Trainer to join until the end of 2024.

The business are currently on an exciting journey to grow, simplify and transform their business to accelerate performance. This Global Technology Trainer will be involved in the creation and delivery of training programs to optimise new technology. You will be an experienced training consultant and e-learning course designer with extensive experience of complex IT Implementations and the full training and development lifecycle. You will be a highly effective communicator building strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, project sponsors and technical teams.

This Technical Trainer will design and develop supporting aides for print, classroom and on-the-job training materials. This role will also be involved in the delivery of classroom/web based training to support system/tech enhancements and upgrades. This is an end to end Training role from design through to evaluation.

  • Develops Application Training specific to instructional content for web-based training materials
  • Participates in the needs assessment, design and development of product and role specific curriculum road maps
  • Interacts with SMEs & Global CRM Product Owner in planning and scoping requirements for curriculum
  • Reviews and tests new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members
  • Develops course descriptions and related course-specific marketing documents
  • Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions
  • Hosts classroom based/online training workshops for CRM Regional Champions
  • Works closely with Global CRM Product Owner to implement and maintain web-based training (designs, develops, and deploys e-learning content)
  • Occasional travel overseas for Country based training
  • Updates multi-media instructional design

Skills:

  • Experience in a comparable role - emphasis on technology/business process training development and design
  • Solid experience in a functional training role
  • Knowledge of Insurance industry advantageous
  • Proven track record in developing original and innovative technical and related process training programs
  • Experience developing instructor-led training materials
  • Experience working with e-learning, blended learning programs and web-based training development
  • Fluent in English and other European languages would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to organise and work under strict time and production deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 6 days per month

  • Day rate - umbrella PAYE
