Learning & Development Technology Specialist

Your new company
Our Public Services Client is recruiting an L&D specialist for their technology department based at their offices in Lewes/Guildford.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Accountability & Performance (with a doted line to the Leadership and Talent Development Manager), you will be taking on a brand new role to support the Digital, Data and Technology team to improve their learning and development function.

You will proactively work with the DDaT teams to promote a development culture and to oversee the delivery, strategy and implementation of professional development for DDaT personnel, in line with the organisations priorities, strategy and frameworks.

The role will create a culture of continuous learning and development within DDaT, to encourage higher employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction. You will have an excellent working knowledge of skills and professional development best practice both in theory and practical application.

The role is based at their offices in Lewes/Guildford, you can choose which location you are based at, but there may be some requirements to travel to the other one when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience specifically within an L&D role within the technology specialism.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £33,000-£39,000 depending on experience, plus hybrid/flexible/agile working, civil service pension, blue light discount card and a generous holiday package.
