Global Senior Rewards Specialist

Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering exclusively with a leading global manufacturing business with operations in 14 countries. They are committed to providing innovative solutions to their customers and developing our people to their fullest potential. As a result of their continued growth, they are looking for a Global Senior Rewards Specialist to join their global rewards team of 8. As a Global Senior Rewards Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the compensation and benefits programs for their global organisation, reporting to the Senior Rewards Manager. You will have a deep understanding of global mobility management, compensation and benefits activities, and have experience as a senior level compensation analyst/specialist/consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global compensation and benefits programs
• Manage and execute global share scheme programs
• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic guidance on compensation and benefits matters
• Conduct market analysis to ensure their programs are competitive and innovative
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships
• Manage global mobility programs, including tax and immigration compliance
• Lead the design and implementation of compensation policies and guidelines
• Provide guidance on executive compensation programs
• Work with HRIS team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
