Your new role
As Interim HR Consultant in this rapidly growing global energy business, you will support a senior corporate functions client group in managing annual cyclical processes as well as taking a leading on a variety of projects including building management capability, performance management etc.



What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have operated in a senior HR role within a global energy or oil and gas business where you will have operated across the annual HR lifecycle. It is essential that you have managed a small team including overseeing L&D. You will be able to demonstrate how you push back and influence and engage at a senior level as well as building the reputation of HR within the business. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, commit to a minimum of a 6 month contract and can work in a hybrid manner from the London office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
