Are you an experienced HR Business Partner seeking an exciting opportunity?

We are pleased to be partnering with a large retail organisation in their search for a HRBP to partner with the business. This is an exciting opportunity for the right professional to join a growing company, and provide strategic and operational HR support. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will oversee the organisation's policies and procedures, which align with current legislation and best practices. In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing support and guidance to ensure HR objectives are met. Finally, as HRBP you will lead effective change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition.

Your Experience

• Proven experience as a HRBP in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in organisational change processes, for example redundancy and TUPE consultation
• Experience of managing medium-high risk ER cases to conclusion
• Sound understanding and application of UK employment legislation
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to assess risks and make fair decisions that meet the business needs
• Strong team player who is confident and self-motivated
