People Analytics Lead

Leicestershire - Hybrid working - will be based in the office three days per week.

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a retail business based in Leicestershire. This role is a permanent opportunity and will be based in the office three days per week. The retailer is going through a period of transformation so there is lots of change afoot allowing for this newly created role to be formed. Our client is based within retail and have approx. 1,000 employees currently.

The role

The People Analytics Lead is a newly formed role, you will need to demonstrate excellent excel and data skills. There is currently no HR system so you will be required to work with large volumes of data and use excel to collate, manipulate data across the whole HR function. We will require an individual who can access data on all HR matters such as sickness, absence, recruitment costs and trends and compensation and benefits data.

The person

The successful candidate will need to be good with numbers, excellent with managing large pooling of data and organising into one place. You will also be required to present your findings to the People and Culture Director on forward forecasting for recruitment for the business etc. We do require an individual who has been in some sort of HR reporting post before who has proven experience in a similar field.
