Interim HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor

Interim HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor for initial contract of 3-6 months to support ER - 4/5 days per week


Were seeking 2 experienced HR Practitioners (HR Managers / Senior HR Advisors) with solid ER Case work experiences and ideally some change management for initial interim assignments for 3-6 months in Bournemouth/Poole. 4 or 5 days per week available with circa 3 days on sites in Bournemouth or Poole

• You will be working as part of a large HR team operating across Bournemouth & Poole sites providing professional HR & ER Case Work, supporting managers with all policy, process and employment law advice.
• You will be handling a range of ER Case work including complex cases including grievances, disciplinary, dismissal, performance.
• There is also potential for supporting change management projects such as consultation processes for relocation of sites or restructures.

Candidates
Were seeking either Senior HR Advisors or HR Managers or HR practitioners with solid employer relations case work experiences ideally within complex and unionised organisations.

• Experience of complex ER case work including - grievance, disciplinary, performance, dismissal, complex health / sickness / absence.
• Ideally but not essential - experience of Change management - restructure / redundancy / relocation / ways of working - HR Consultation process.
• CIPD / Level 5 or equivalent experience
• Ideally unions experienced

• The role will be for an initial 3-6 months temporary assignment with scope for longer term
• 4 or 5 days per week
• Based either at Bournemouth or Poole sites
• circa 3 days on sites (Bournemouth or Poole)
• PAYE - £19 - £26.80 per hour / £28 - £30.79 per hour Umbrella company
