Interim People & Culture Director - SME/Start up/Agile- Leading sporting/fitness brand 12 Month FTC - Immediate start London Hybrid - 2 days per week Up to £100,000

A global fitness brand who have enjoyed global growth and success over recent years.

In this newly created role,, you will work across an EMEA portfolio in managing change and transformation activity to implement a new operating model as well as running consultations and employee relations casework. You will also act as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as a People Director within a global, complex, SME/ start up business where you will have worked across a mix of HR strategy and operations. You will be able to demonstrate strong business change and transformation experience, particularly related to implementing agile methodologies and ways of working. It is essential that you are quick to influence and engage at a senior level as well as being commercial and business savvy in your approach. An interest in fitness and wellbeing would be a distinct advantage as well as working for a purpose led business. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month contract, working 2 days per week in the London office. As this is a global business, you will be flexible to take early and late calls with other countries as required.
