A Veterinary care provider is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team, this role is home based with travel to the various practices.

A large Veterinary Care Provider with practices nationally.

Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for HR enquires for their own client group covering 32 practices
• Advising on employee relations and escalating cases to the ER point of contact when needed
• Actively work with line managers on reducing absence by providing regular data, holding meetings, supporting wellbeing, occupational health referrals, coaching on return-to-work meetings and the absence management process.
• Support the training and development and performance management
• Manage a small monthly payroll and supporting with payroll queries
• Supporting with recruitment

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will:

• Be able to travel to multiple sites when needed
• Previous HR Advisory and Administrative experience
• Worked on their own employee relations case work would be desirable
• Familiarity with HRIS (Cascade and Workday would be desirable)
• The ability to prioritise and use own initiative within a busy environment

Job Offer

The successful HR Advisor can expect a salary between £32-36,000, plus benefits. This role is homebased with travel to multiple sites.
