A rapidly growing multifaceted financial services business currently have an exciting Early Careers/Talent Specialist role available on an 18 month basis.

This is a brand new role to the business and will be responsible for delivering early careers and lateral recruitment for the UK and EMEA.

You will facilitate the local conceptualisation, development, and execution of intern recruitment strategies. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the strategy is executed efficiently, with a focus on a positive candidate and business experience and a belief in continuous improvement!

  • Run end to end recruitment and deliver a first class recruitment service to hiring managers for intern hires
  • Responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse candidates
  • Ensuring the execution of a best in class attraction and hiring process
  • Build partnerships with key universities and other relevant organisations to market opportunities and hire a diverse pool of talent
  • Assist in the planning and logistics for, and attend, events on-campus to build the brand with student populations
  • Manage applications, and assess candidates to match them to requirements
  • Run initial phone/video qualification calls with applicants
  • Organise and schedule interviews, including panel interviews, one to one, assessments, etc.
  • Manage the offer process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Educate and influence business leaders and HR to change current practices, where necessary, and promote recruitment best practices.
  • Ad-hoc project support
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for Analyst to MD level hiring across EMEA

Skills:

  • Experience in the creation and deployment of a Graduate Recruitment and/or Early Careers Strategy and a strategic understanding of the Graduate recruitment planning and candidate lifecycles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders on the 'value proposition for Early Careers hiring
  • Knowledge in all Early Careers full lifecycle recruitment components
  • Strong knowledge of social media, search techniques and industry trends
  • Well organised, with an ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationships
  • Strong communication skills in order to build relationships with hiring managers and external partners
  • Strong business acumen combined with strategic business partnership and consulting which delivers tangible results
  • Numerate and accurate with figures and detail-orientated, whilst complying with potentially tight deadlines
  • Willingness to take the initiative in order to achieve team goals
  • A proven background in partnering with lines of business to develop and implement early careers hiring
