Your new role
In this newly created Senior HR Advisor role you will be reporting into the HR Manager within a wider team of 6. You will be responsible for the UK population with some coverage of the US. Managing ER cases end to end with responsibility of more complex cases. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and initiatives supporting the managers and employees. Although you will not have any direct reports you will play a pivotal role in the development and guidance of the HR Administrators.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of having full responsibility of managing your own ER cases end to end Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards Experience of supporting the US would be an advantage Spanish, German or Dutch speak would be an advantage Able to work with ambiguity within an ever changing and reactive and environment
