People and Culture Coordinator

I have partnered with a fantastic organisation who are looking to appoint a People and Culture Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to establish their career within HR in a rapidly growing organisation.

In this role you will provide effective HR administrative support at all levels throughout the employment lifecycle alongside being responsible for reporting and analysing people data to allow the business to improve workforce and organisational performance.

You will be the main point of contact for all UK employees, answering queries about policies and procedures alongside drafting employment contracts, working with the Talent Acquisition team, taking ownership of the HRIS system and become a superuser to produce regular HR reports.

Our client is seeking a candidate who has experience in HR reporting and is looking to take the next step in their career within HR, you should have strong analytical and technical skills to be able to manipulate data, and have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
