Full time office based | Early Careers professional | Recruitment Consultancy Firm | c£40k-45k
Your new company
A business that has been delivering technology recruitment and professional services to specialist IT project implementation and consultancies.
Your new role
Building and heading up the Early Talent function, looking at the best and brightest calibre of individual coming through the door. You'll be focusing on the development of the programme, the relationship build of the universities and the business, and above all else the attraction of individuals for the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an expert within the Early Careers market, and have done this in a previous role(s). You'll be the expert in the room, and you'll be tasked with the development and operation of the programme. You'll be expected to find the very best talent, and understand what good looks like.
What you'll get in return
A strong base + commission on hires + benefits
