The Head of Pay & Reward in the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) is an opportunity for a reward specialist to play a unique, value adding role as internal consultant on all things pay-related to the ICB as well as its partner and provider organisations. The ICS is in the early stages of bringing the ‘one workforce’ concept to life and the person in this position will play a lead role in making that ambition a reality.
