Your new company
Our Public Sector client have recently undergone a pivotal restructure meaning they are looking for two new HR Advisors to join their team at this exciting time.

Your new role
This is a varied and true HR generalist role where along side day to day duties such as Recruitment, ER, general queries you will have the opportunity to be involved in delivering training and other projects focussing in employee success & retention. Duties include:

  • Provide advice & guidance to managers covering full employee lifecycle
  • Create & update policies in-line with legislative changes
  • Develop & deliver training
  • Recruitment from attraction to induction
  • Support delivery of People and Organisational development strategy
  • Project work; employee success, diversity & inclusion, systems development

Relating to their ambition to be an employer of choice they are able to offer either full or part time working with fully flexible hours Monday to Friday. The whole team work on-site two days a week where start & finish times are flexible and the rest of the week you can either work from the office or home.

What you'll need to succeed
For this roles we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals experienced in advisory HR across the full employee lifecycle. CIPD qualification would be desired but not essential if you can demonstrate recent relevant HR experience and in-depth up to knowledge of employment law & legislative changes. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build trusting relationships and have the ability to influence & guide management at all levels. You will be able to demonstrate having handled ER cases through to completion and understand best practise. You will have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate, assess and evaluate issues and processes and be committed to on-going learning & development.
