HR Advisor - 6 month FTC (temp-to-perm opportunity) - Hybrid Working
Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire
£25,000 per annum

This is a great development opportunity for someone looking to progress into a HR Advisory role. You will be joining an innovative organisation, supporting the Head of HR with day-to-day HR Operations, HR Administration and you will be the first line of support for HR Advice.

The role is ideally suited to someone currently working in a HR Administration/Assistant role and looking to take the next steps in their HR career. You will be given support and guidance to help you with your development.

Duties will include:

* Taking responsibility for HR Administration of the full employee life cycle
* Being the first port of call for any HR queries and providing the first line of HR Advice
* Supporting on recruitment and onboarding
* Assisting with HR projects when required
* Updating information on the HRIS system and producing reports
* Providing support and guidance to line managers on HR processes

To be successful in this role you will need:

* HR experience gained working in a HR Administration or Advisory capacity
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced role
* Excellent organisational skills
* Confident communication skills and enjoy speaking to people!
* An eagerness to learn and develop
