I am currently partnering with a highly regarded school who are looking for an experienced HR Manager who is passionate about making an impact and able to hit the ground running in this post.
About the role,
The HR Manager will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for the day to day management of HR within the school across multiple sites. The HR Manager will manage all HR systems, lead of advising on ER Cases as well as providing guidance to staff and line managers on company policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate should be approachable with proven experience of working as a generalist HR professional within a similar role. They will also need at least two years management experience and experience of managing multiple projects at the same time. Previous experience within an education setting is desirable but it is not essential.
