Description
The position of Training & Development Manager will involve:
- Being a 'hands-on' Trainer, whilst driving & evolving the strategy
- Implementing the current training plan & writing new training plans
- Presenting plans and ideas to senior stakeholders within the business
- Analysing data and insights
- Keeping on top of new training methods and techniques
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Training & Development Manager will:
- Have a Training / L&D background
- Have 3 - 5 years Training / L&D experience
- Come from a high volume, fast paced hospitality environment
- Thrive in a customer facing business
- Be passionate about driving training excellence
- Be assertive with exceptional communication skills, both written and orally
