HR Associate

Ashley Kate are currently working with a global business in their search for a HR Associate to join their fantastic HR team! Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, and working closely with the rest of the HR team, this role will be a generalistHR position with a focus on resourcing.
 
Your responsibilities will include end to end recruitment for a variety of roles, including conducting interviews, designing interview questions and having interview experience is a key requirement for this role. You will be involved with utilising and updating HRIS and LMS systems, including running a variety of reports, extracting information and promoting and adding content from these systems. This role also includes building a rapport with hiring managers to understand role requirements, training needs and will allow you to be involved in HR project work.

Salary up to £40,000 DOE + 10% bonus and benefits
