Actively seeking a driven and motivated TA Partner to join a fast growing tech business to support in building their early careers and graduate pool

Client Details

Our client is a fast growing and high profit tech business actively seeking a TA Partner. This role is focused on their graduate and early careers program and a newly created role to drive this.

Description

  • Responsible for reviewing, attracting, assessing and coordinating our early careers applicants.
  • Support on building and delivering exciting Early Careers recruitment campaigns for attraction and selection, using different tools
  • Support with high volume assessment, both in-person and virtually. This will include organisation, execution and coordination of assessment centres and post-assessment activities such as scoring and selection
  • Manage Early Careers onboarding - contracts etc.
  • Find innovative ways to identify and attract top talent, with a real focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience every step of the way, with candidate experience and the "moments that matter" at the forefront of decision-making, always
  • Work on Early Careers employer branding materials and tools to ensure they are best-in-class and fit for purpose, such as candidate packs and preboarding engagement content
  • Get involved in and support on other key projects around graduate recruitment and selection, employer branding and EVP, social media projects, diversity and inclusion in attraction, onboarding and systems streamlining and many, many more!

Profile

  • 2-5 years experience in a recruitment (ideally early careers or graduate recruitment)
  • Technology industry will be highly desirable however not essential
  • Driven and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Work 5 days in office- this is not a hybrid role
