Your new company
Our Education client in Nottingham are currently seeing a Senior Organisational Development Officer to support the delivery of the OD agenda for the setting.

Your new role
Reporting into the Leadership & OD Manager your role will be to support the delivery of all aspects of the OD lifecycle from diagnosis to problem solving, to design to development and delivery and imbed the interventions across the organisation. Duties to include:

  • To build, support and develop leadership capability at every level though the development and implementation of high-quality interventions and programmes
  • To work with senior leaders to identify issues, problems, with leadership, culture, team and recommend interventions
  • To strategically map organisational development interventions against the employee life cycle
  • develop, design and deliver Impactful training
  • Designing and developing be onboarding experience
  • Design and deliver a wide range of leadership development solutions
  • Analyse, evaluate the impact of a range of team development and engagement solutions
  • Analyse and research exciting new ways to drive organisational change
  • design, develop and deliver talent development programmes
  • Design, develop and deliver career pathways
  • Support the design and develop a coaching and mentoring framework
  • Support the design and delivery of colleague engagement strategy

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position would be an experienced Organisational Development Officer or a strong Learning & Development Lead with a desire to develop into an OD role. You will be CIPD qualified and hold a qualification in psychometrics and other learning approaches. You will experienced in supporting and owning large projects and have delivered these on time & within budget with an in-depth knowledge of OD skills, competencies and methodologies. Significant knowledge of change management is also essential along with being someone who is able to influence and challenge at all levels.

You will have proven experience of designing & delivering frameworks for learning interventions and in designing delivering and evaluating training to a high standard.

As a person you will be pragmatic, a great problem solver, highly driven & commercially aware and excellent interpersonal skills.
