This organisation are a non-profit workplace pension provider. As a public body they have no owners or shareholders and is run in the interest of it's members.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, key responsibilities of the role include:

• Leading on the further embedding of a newly launched LMS
• Managing relationships with all external learning suppliers
• Management of the L&D budget
• Partner with the business to understand their needs from a learning perspective, using this to establish learning strategies that best serve the organisation

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have:

• Learning & Development experience at a business partnering level
• Experience with the implementation and up-scaling of LMS platforms
• Experience creating and implementing L&D strategies
• Impeccable stakeholder and business partnering experience
