Your new role
You will be joining a growing team to provide a high-quality HR Coordination service to the business.
This is a temporary role to support the implementation of a new HR system. This role will be varied and providing you with a wide range of opportunities.

Responsibilities of the job will include:

  • Responsible for the timely response of all day-to-day administration queries, including the management of the HR inbox
  • Issuing new starter packs to go out with the contract with all country specific forms for completion by the new starter
  • Ensuring all on-boarding activities are completed for all new joiners including right to work compliance checks
  • Maintaining and auditing employee files
  • Administer the various employee absence processes and provide reporting about employee churn, sickness and holiday useage to Heads of Departments
  • Administer all benefits across the Group e.g. Health Insurance etc
  • Maintaining the off-boarding tracker to ensure all employees are removed from the systems and payroll inclusive of the holiday entitlement calculations
  • Recording of all pay related changes and updating the HR Database/HR system
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to support other business priorities, and HR activities as required
  • Provide first line HR advice to managers following clearly defined policies and processes


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous HR experience (ideally with some off-shore experience although not essential).
  • Ideally CIPD or higher education HR qualification (or working towards this)
  • Ideally previous experience in working with/for an Internet or relevant technology provider (or similar).
  • Great people skills and can work as part of a wider HR Team.
  • Previous HR System or ATS experience will be beneficial

What you'll get in return
- Monday - Friday 35 hours per week (1 hour lunch unpaid)
- Hybrid working structure - 2 days working from home
