Talent Acquisition Manager

Birmingham - Hybrid working - 2 days required in the office in central Birmingham.

  • Salary on offer - Up to £55,000
  • Benefits - 25 days holiday, Pension, Private medical cover, yearly bonus

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a law firm on a Talent Acquisition Manager position. Our client has offices across the UK and this role is based in Central Birmingham with requirement of 2 days working in the office. Our client sits in the professional services industry so an individual who has worked across this sector or corporate organisation would be preferred.

The role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Head of Recruitment in the firm, and will work alongside a team of three other Managers and three administrators. You will be responsible for all the fee earning recruitment in the business so an experience in this area would be an advantage.

This will be a busy role as you will be required to attract and hire the best talent and be responsible for the creativity of attraction to the firm.

What are we looking for?

Our client is looking for a recruitment specialist who has a successful track record in regional fee earning legal recruitment. If you have hired into the corporate industry such as accountancy, financial services and other areas of legal this would be an advantage too. We do need an individual who is quality driven, proactive and with a keen attention to detail. The recruitment team has built a strong reputation through delivery and hard work so you would need to demonstrate these core values in interview.
