This financial services client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Marketing & EVP Lead to be a key part of their Talent Acquisition team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, this is a newly created role where you will create the strategy and be responsible for delivering. Initially a stand alone role.

Description

  • Create the Recruitment Marketing & EVP strategy
  • Subject matter expert on talent attraction strategies - providing advice and support to the recruitment team and helping stakeholders across the business understand the value and benefits this brings.
  • Own the advertising strategy, using data to make the right decisions on where they advertise their job vacancies
  • Design, develop and execute the recruitment marketing & EVP campaigns across a variety of platforms
  • Report on the success of the marketing campaigns, tracking spend and performance
  • Developing campaigns that bring the EVP to life
  • Own the employer brand content strategy aligning content to the EVP
  • Manage the employer reputation channels such as Glassdoor on things such as company profiles, review and response strategy
  • Look after our careers sites making sure content is up to date and optimised based on Google Analytics performance

Profile

  • Proven experience creating and delivering a recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy
  • An understanding of how different marketing campaigns work and where they might be used best for different audiences
  • Natural creative ability with a passion for storytelling
  • Experience delivering projects and working with multiple suppliers, both internally and externally
  • Strong coaching and influencing ability
  • Natural eye for data - you're able to turn numbers into a story and use this to inform decisions
  • The ability to challenge existing ways of thinking and bring in new ideas to the team
  • Geographic and intercultural awareness/sensitivity/communication/D&I
  • Any corporate sector
