This is a multi-site organisation with 1st class core values who are going through an exciting period of change. They have several sites in the UK - a large number in the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire and surrounding regions and also the south.

This organisation is looking to further develop their talent acquisition, applicant and cultural offering under new HR Leadership. The head office (where you will be based a minimum of 1 day week) is on the outskirts of Lincoln (accessible from Newark). Looking to recruit 2 Talent Acquisition Advisors.

Your new role
You will join the supportive and tight knit team - as part of the wider HR team.

You will provide a professional and proactive Talent Acquisition / Recruitment advisory and support service to the Line Managers in a particular service area of the organisation.

On a day-to-day basis this will include assisting with Job Descriptions, adverts, social media (talent attraction methods), CV sifting and review, being the "face" of the company to prospective employees, recruitment administration, offers, onboarding etc. You will also be involved in wider talent attraction methods such as social media "presence", networking, recruitment fayres and trade/service events.

The department is moving towards being a more proactive Talent Acquisition service and therefore you will get involved in projects to help the business objectives - such as recruitment process improvement, talent pipelining, EVP and Branding. This is an excellent role for either a current Internal or external Recruiter to join a caring and supportive (internally and externally) organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally possess a solid background in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Understanding of all talent attraction methods from advertising, LinkedIn, social media, networking and recruitment/industry events.
Ideally have Health and/or social care experience - or understanding/interest in.
Be an effective communicator.
Self-starter and proactive.

Hybrid working - minimum of 1 day a week in the office (you can go in more if you wish)
