Oakleaf Partnership are representing a public sector organisation based in Birmingham who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to provide a range of HR transactional and advisory services to agreed quality and time standards for the organisation.

What is the role?

In this role you will be the first point of contact within the HR team, you will be responsible for the transactional and advisory service relating to the complete employee lifecycle within agreed SLA's. You will act as first-line support on all HR related employee queries and escalate where appropriate to the Assistant HR Business Partners and respond to all correspondence including emails, voicemails and calls within agreed SLA's

What will candidates need

Candidates who wish to be considered for this position will need experience working within a HR Shared Service and will need to be confident in the Application of HR policies and processes including employee relations, public duties, holiday and other leave, benefits and general terms and conditions of employment.
