Oakleaf Partnership are representing a Manchester-based financial services firm who offer specialist solutions to clients globally. They are recruiting an EMEA Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll across their EMEA region. This is a permanent position. Offices are based in Manchester with hybrid working available 2/3 days in the office.

What is the role

As an EMEA Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll input, month-end reports, and statutory pay overs across the EMEA region. You will act as Subject Matter Expert and work closely with HR and stakeholders on all payroll aspects. You will liaise with external providers, identify operational problems and solutions, be responsible for the implementation of new systems and processes, offer guidance and advice, attend monthly HR meetings, and contribute to the development of team members.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding and previous experience of UK and European payroll processes, strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Microsoft Office, ADP, and Workday systems, and excellent organisation and communication skills. You will be able to maintain confidentiality and be able to assess risk and act accordingly.
